Bojack Horseman Season 6 Part 2 Review with Series Overview
Netflix's Bojack Horseman has come to an end with the release of the final episodes of season 6 that
dropped on the 31st of January. Unarguably one of the best-animated shows produced by Netflix and
living up to that standard, the last batch of episodes of the show's final season does not disappoint.
The season starts off with Bojack finding fulfillment in teaching and mentoring up and
coming actors at the college that Hollyhock his half-sister attends. Just as things are getting better for
Bojack, shit hits the fan and all his past mistakes come back to haunt him as the public learns the
truth of Sarah Lynn's death. Throughout the series, we have seen Bojack at some of his lowest points
but this is the first time where Bojack was sincerely happy only to have all of it come crashing down
to possibly his lowest point that we as an audience have seen in this series. Even though he had low
points up till now, he always had his friends Princess Caroline, Diane and Todd there for him. But
this time, he has no one and loses everything. Besides Bojack's story line this season, we get to see
satisfying story lines for each of the main cast specifically Princess Caroline, Diane, Todd and even
Mr. Peanutbutter which is a great send-off for the characters we have been following for 6 whole
seasons. The heavy themes of depression, addiction and life are the most prominent they have ever
been in the whole series. They are woven into the story lines through both the visuals and
the writing beautifully. The ending for this series is bitter sweet but fits perfectly for this show.
Overall, the development that all the characters go through the entire series especially Bojack and
Diane really solidifies this show as one of the best in terms of characters and writing.
In the end, Bojack Horseman's final episodes is a great conclusion to this amazing series. In terms of
enjoyment episodes 9-16 of the final season gets a 9 out 10 for me. While the series as a whole is 9.5
out of 10. If you haven't had the chance to finish or even watch Bojack Horseman, I highly suggest
you do so.
